Dr. Carla Cesaroni received her PhD from the Centre of Criminology at the University of Toronto in Ontario. She joined UOIT in 2005.

  • adjustment of individuals to incarceration
  • role of punishment in the public psyche

  • experiences of the partners of male prisoners
  • media construction of female young offenders
  • offender reintegration
  • peer-on-peer violence in youth custody facilities
