Biography
Dr. Phillip C. Shon, Ph.D. (2003) is an Associate Professor of Criminology. He holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy and master's degrees in linguistics and criminal justice. His interdisciplinary works have appeared in journals such as Journal of Forensic Sciences, Journal of Forensic Psychology Practice, Journal of Investigative Psychology and Offender Profiling, International Journal of Law and Psychiatry, International Journal for the Semiotics of Law, and Discourse & Society. Prior to joining UOIT's Faculty of Social Science and Humanities, Professor Shon served as an associate professor of criminology & criminal justice at Indiana State University.
