Dr. Diane Sivasubramaniam

Research interests: Investigating the psychology of fairness.
Supervision Areas: Psychological approaches to restorative justice; Procedural and distributive justice.
Biography
Dr. Diane Sivasubramaniam was awarded a PhD in Psychology from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia 2006. Before joining the Faculty of Social Science and Humanities at UOIT in Fall 2008, Dr. Sivasubramaniam completed her Postdoctoral Fellowships at John Jay College of Criminal Justice and Barnard College, Columbia University.
At UOIT, Dr. Sivasubramaniam teaches courses in Restorative Justice, and Theory and Practice of Mediation. She has also previously taught courses in Introductory Psychology, Psychology and Law, and Research Methods.
